I’m Glad you asked! Typically at Dependable Tents we suggest you reserve your event rental equipment at least 3-4 months out from your event date.

We book up relatively quick especially for the May-October events therefore if your event lands in those months, please plan to book 4-5 months prior to avoid missing out on our competitive pricing and clean tents, tables and chairs!

Our customers are able to add on last minute request if the items are available. We sometimes have cancellations which allows last-minute rentals to be possible but please do not rely on that.

TIP – Always add a few extra tables when you book a tent package. Extra tables can be used for food,gifts, etc.
